Shared Branch Video Tellers

Shared branching lets you use services at participating locations much like you would at your own credit union branch. Services include withdrawals, deposits, loan payments, and transfers, including transfers between accounts at different credit unions.

To get started, touch the screen at a participating location to connect with a video teller. Have your credit union name, member or account number, and government-issued ID ready. The teller will verify your identity, ask about your transaction, and guide you through each step.

Watch the video to see how a shared branch video teller visit works.

You do not need a card to use a video teller. Shared branching may give you access to more accounts than your ATM card does. For example, you may be able to make an auto loan payment with cash or a check, or transfer money from your checking or savings account to make the payment.

Your credit union decides which accounts you can access, your daily withdrawal and deposit limits, and when deposited funds become available. Deposits may not be available immediately. Your credit union may also charge a shared branching fee. Limits, deposit holds, and fees may differ from those for ATM or debit card transactions. Check with your credit union for details.
